Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

Pricing policy
Please note: Prices shown are in U.S. dollars only. Currently, we do not ship or bill orders internationally, including Canada .

Tax policy
Tax is based on New Jersey state tax policies.

Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.

Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed Ex.

International Customers
We do not ship or bill orders internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

How do I know if an order has been received?
When we receive your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. The email will include a summary of your entire order, including what you ordered, the shipping method, and the shipping address.

How do I know if an order has shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email.

If we have a question about your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Likewise, if you have any questions or changes to your order, please email .

Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned for a complete refund within a 5 days of delivery (all orders are signed for on delivery).. Do not remove any tags or stickers from merchandise. Please include a copy of your purchase order with return. Refunds will be issued through your paypal account or a check will be mailed to you. If you want it sent to a different address, please indicate it on your purchase order.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Dresses values its customers and respects their privacy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. If we collect information, such as name, e-mail and postal addresses, phone and credit card numbers it is only used to shipping and billing purposes.

At Dresses Resale we do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience.

We safeguard the integrity of our customers' credit card information. If your credit card or debit card ("credit card") is used in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your credit card company), we will cover whatever amount your credit card company doesn't - up to $50.
